Towers
The largest city in the Loire Valley and once a royal city, Tours has managed to preserve three perfectly preserved old quarters. Old Tours, with its Place Plumereau surrounded by beautiful medieval and Renaissance houses, the Saint-Julien district in the centre and the cathedral district with the archbishop's palace.

Blois
From the Counts of Blois to the Dukes of Orléans, Blois is of course famous for its castle, built by Louis XII, François I and Gaston d'Orléans, but also for its old town, its cathedral (Saint-Louis), its House of Magic (Robert-Houdin) and its panoramic view over the Loire Valley, which can be admired from the terraced gardens of the Bishop's Palace.
